शून्य मुद्रा

Sunya Mudra:

The middle finger folded towards inner side of the palm so that it touches the root of the thumb. the remaining Other three fingers should be kept straight as shown in the image.

 

Benefits of sunya mudra:

As mentioned sunya mudra helps in curing ear problems like secretion and discharge from the ear, pain in the ear, hearing impairment or even frank deafness. This benefits can be witnessed on parcticing this sunya yoga mudra daily for 4 to 5 minutes.

Prithivi Mudra: Connect the tip of the little finger (pinky) with the thumb. The remaining three fingers should be kept straight.

  

Benefits of Prithivi Mudra:

This hand mudra revitalize yourself and cures weakness of the body, leanness and removes

feeling of fatigueness. It makes the body active, bright and glowing.

 

 

 

सूर्यमुद्रा
Surya Mudra: Place the tip of the ring finger at the root of the thumb and keep it pressed down gently with the thumb. The remaining three fingers should be kept straight.



Benefits of Surya Mudra:

This mudra balances the body. It is an excellent mudra which helps to reduce extra cholesterol from the body.
