Dhun Pehchano: This is the same game which we might have come across while watching the broadcast of Antakshari in televisions. A tune is played and who ever guesses the correct song corresponding to the tune is the winner. However the tunes played are not from the movies, instead they are of bhajans thus giving the fragrance of spirituality.

Rules: When teacher says Narayan, students should stand up and when teacher says Hari everybody should sit down.
Benefits: It will be a good exercise for the body and also it’s a joyful activity with the added benefit of bahgavanaam japa.

Rules: This activity is similar to what we see in Pujya Gurudev’ssatsung. Teacher will count numbers starting from one to seven. For every count students have to raise their hands (towards sky) a bit higher and utter “Jai Ho.” And for the last count they stretch their hands completely and pronounce “Maha jai jaikaar ho.” And again the count goes on from one to seven.
Benefits: This activity will boost up the energy levels of the students and will create Adhyatmic ambience around. It also helps in increasing concentration power and living together with prosperity.
